Glider ‘Uni’ : Easy and convenient to move indoors
To allow Special Seating Systems to be conveniently used indoors, in the home or school environment, SOS have designed the Glider Indoor Mobility Base.
Available in Glider ‘Uni’ or Glider ‘Swing’ versions, these lightweight attractive mobile chassis give a functional alternative for the use of Special Seating when used indoors.
The glider ‘Uni’ interfaces with all of our childrens seating systems using a Quick-loc interface for fast installation. Featuring a handle operated Tilt in Space system the glider Uni can be reclined for the best sitting position.
Description
The Glider ‘UNI’ Mobility Base gives a convenient lightweight mobile chassis allowing easy movement of seating equipment indoors.
The Glider ‘UNI’ Base gives additional flexibility with an integral Tilt in Space mechanism to give easy adjustment to the degree of recline on the seat system.
Using the Quick-Loc interface gives quick installation in and out of the chassis for seating equipment.
Easily maneuvered around the home or classroom.
Advice and Assessment
Each client is individually assessed to identify the specification of the Glider ‘Uni’ so that all the component parts of the seat meet the requirements of the client sitting posture and needs.
Assessments are best done in the home environment or where the equipment is to be used to make sure that all aspects of how the equipment is to integrate are assessed.
