– What is the delivery time on special seating?
SOS offer a 4 week assessment to delivery cycle. Delivery times can be accelerated for more demanding cases when a quicker delivery is required.
– Who do I contact if I need specialist seating?
Firstly contact your local wheelchair services or if privately funded please contact our sales team.

Clinical Services
– Can Wheelchairs be adapted to suit individual clients?
When assessing a clients needs we look at carrying out modifications to parts of the wheelchair or wheelbase and this is something that SOS do on a regular basis to assist. This is a useful service available to wheelchair services and enables the seating wheelchair requirement to be built and completed at the same time which can save valuable time in resolving everything together.
– How do I attend clinics and how frequent are they?
The frequency of clinics is arranged to suit the needs of each individual Wheelchair Service in line with their requirements. Frequency of clinics is always open for review at anytime ensuring a flexible approach for each individual Wheelchair Service involved.
Technical
– Are Mojo wheelbases safe to use in transport?
All MoJo wheelbases are tested to ISO 7176/19 and are safe to use in transport when used with an appropriate WTORS
– Are Seating systems safe to use in transport?
All SOS seating systems have been rigorously tested as being suitable for use in transportation. (ISO16840 /4)
