Specialised Orthotic Services is looking for a customer services advisor to join our team. The successful applicant will be based at our head office in Tutbury Staffordshire.
To arrange clinics and maximise the utilisation of clinic time & to provide support within the customer service department.
Responsible to: Inside Sales Manager
Responsible for: No direct reports
Liaison with: Clinic Managers, Production Control, Admin Hub
1. Arranging clinics
Arranging clinics & home visits to provide an exemplary service to clients and to maximise the utilisation of Clinic Managers.
2. Maximising the use of clinic time
Liaising with WCS Customer Service teams to maximise the number of appointments at each clinic & on each day of home visits
3. Supporting the delivery of assessed products within 1 month
Ensuring that paperwork is accurately completed and forwarded to appropriate persons in a prompt manner. Liaising with Clinic Managers and Production Control staff to ensure that products are available within 1 month of assessment.
4. Maintenance of clinic records
Maintain complete and accurate clinic records.
Filing client files, active jobs, and completed clinic lists and on occasion invoiced jobs.
6. Support Administration
Pass information through to Admin for their input/review
7. Ad hoc requests
Prompt response to ad hoc requests in relation to any customer service related query.
