Rainbows hospice for children and young people
Rainbows Hospice offers support to children, young people and their families where life limiting conditions. The hospice provides a safe haven for families, offering short breaks (a few days away from home), tailored nursing care for each child, emergency and end-of-life care and bereavement support. The services provided by Rainbows are also available as part of outreach activities, bringing support to families at home. All of the services are offered free of charge to children and young people in the East Midlands.
SOS have been working with Rainbows for a number of years, we are proud to be part of the Rainbows Business Club. The club has been set up to bring together businesses who regularly donate and support the charity. Over the past few years we have donated equipment and raised money to help support the services offered to children and young people.

ReboundTherapy.org is the official UK body and international consultancy for Rebound Therapy.
Founded in 1972 the term ‘Rebound Therapy’ was developed to describe the use of trampolines to provide therapeutic exercise and recreation for people with a wide range of special needs. Participants range from mild to severe physical disabilities and from mild to profound and multiple learning disabilities. These include dual sensory impairment and autistic spectrum.
Rebound Therapy is used to facilitate movement, promote balance, promote an increase or decrease in muscle tone, promote relaxation, promote sensory integration, improve fitness and exercise tolerance and to improve communication skills.
